After retirement from class-1 post (Joint Controller F&A) from Punjab Govt. He joined as Managing Director in the firm. He has experience of working of so many government departments such as Urban Estates, Health, technical education, Finance , Industry, Irrigation, Social welfare, Lottery, Food &Supply ,Police, Roadways ,Punjab Secretariat etc. He is veteran athlete. He has vast knowledge of Govt. Rules with regard to property. He is an expert in Real Estate Matters and project analysis. He has been President of Property Consultants of Chandigarh for the last many years.

Mr. Deepak Garg - Director (Sales & Marketing)
Qualification :- B.E. (Civil) Born and brought-up in Chandigarh, he is alumni of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh in Civil Engineering 1994 batch. He worked with National Building Construction Corporation a semi government undertaking, as an Engineer in the initial years before starting Real Estate Business under the guidance of his father in 1995. He is mainly overseeing the working of the companys employees and associates. He is also taking care of the construction works going on around the area.
Mr. Vijay Sharma - Manager (Marketing)
Qualification :- B.A.
He retired from Chandigarh Administration from Class-1 Post. He is taking care of Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties of Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula)
