During his distinguished government career, he gained extensive experience across a wide range of departments and public-sector organizations, including Urban Estates, Health, Technical Education, Finance, Industries, Irrigation, Social Welfare, Lottery, Food & Supplies, Police, Roadways, and the Punjab Secretariat, among others. This diverse experience has provided him with an in-depth understanding of government procedures, financial administration, regulatory frameworks, and the rules governing public and private property.

Deepak Garg holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and is an alumnus of Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh, from the 1994 Civil Engineering batch. Born and brought up in Chandigarh, he began his professional career with the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), a Government of India enterprise, where he worked as an Engineer during the initial years of his career.

In 1995, he entered the real estate business under the guidance and mentorship of his father, Madan Lal Garg, the Managing Director of D. M. Associates Private Limited. Since then, he has developed extensive experience in real estate, construction, project execution, and business operations.

As Director, Deepak Garg oversees the day-to-day functioning of the company's employees and associates, ensuring effective coordination, accountability, and operational efficiency. With his civil engineering

background, he is also closely involved in monitoring and supervising construction projects, ensuring that ongoing works are executed with appropriate attention to quality, timelines, technical requirements, and site coordination.
